Randy is a fifth-generation Texan, rancher, avid outdoorsman, and dedicated realtor. Known for his approachable personality and sharp business insight, he has built a reputation for going above and beyond to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
With more than 25 years of experience in senior technology sales at companies like Compaq (later acquired by Hewlett Packard), VMware, and several successful startups, Randy brings strong business acumen to every deal. Today, he combines that background with his love for the outdoors to pursue his true passion—helping others buy and sell land across Texas.
As the owner and manager of a trophy hunting ranch in Central Texas, Randy knows firsthand both the rewards and challenges of land ownership. He especially enjoys mentoring new ranchers on stewardship, wildlife management, and responsible land practices.
Randy and his wife, Wendy, raised their two children in Dripping Springs and now enjoy giving back as active community volunteers. They support RED Arena, an equine therapy organization serving children and veterans with physical and mental challenges. Randy also coaches the Hill Country Clay Shooters, the Dripping Springs competitive shotgun team, which proudly won a state championship in 2025.
